Ordinarily we have very few quality issues with our products, but if you should experience an issue with any of our fine products, we will be happy to complete all the necessary warranty claim forms if you will just provide us with the basic information about what product you’re having an issue with, what the issue might be, and 1 photograph of the defect (2MB or less). Please include your name, email address where you can be reached, and Sales Order Number to ensure your concerns are addressed in a timely manner.

Photographs of any defective mattress must have any linens or comforters removed.
